Each gelatin-coated tablet of Surbex XT provides:
Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 3 mg, Nicotinamide 100 mg, Cyanacobalamin (Vitamin B12) 15 mcg, Folic Acid 1.5 mg, Chromium Picolinate 250 mcg, Selenious acid equivalent to elemental selenium 100 mcg, Zinc Sulphate 61.8 mg, Lycopene 5 mg

Indications :
Treatment of Vitamin B complex deficiency states. It helps to meet the increased demands of the body during illness and aids recovery during convalescence.
