Each Obimet GX 1 tablet contains:
Metformin hydrochloride IP 500 mg
Glimiperide USP 1 mg

Each Obimet GX 2 tablet contains:
Metformin hydrochloride IP 500 mg
Glimiperide USP 2 mg

Indications :

Type II diabetes when single agent therapy with oral hypoglycemic agent is unsuccessful.
Obese type II diabetics whose blood glucose levels are not controlled.
