Indications :
Leptos is indicated as adjunctive therapy within a weight management programme for :

Patients with obesity due to energy imbalance whose body mass index (BMI) is 30kg/m² or higher

Overweight patients with a BMI of 27kg/m² or higher due to energy imbalance, in the presence of other risk factors (e.g. hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia).
