Clivarine

Clivarine

Low Molecular Weight Heparin/antithrombotic agent.

Clivarine is a new generation LMWH, developed with the aim of maximizing antithormbotic action while minimizing the risk of haemorrhage. Clivarine has a superior efficacy and safety profile with an optimal mean molecular weight and highest efficacy safety ratio.

Presentation and Composition :
Boxes of 5 pre-filled syringes of Clivarine 1,432 anti Xa IU:
Each prefilled syringe (0.25ml) contains: Reviparin sodium - 1,432 anti Xa IU

Boxes of 5 pre-filled syringes of Clivarine 3,436 anti Xa IU:
Each prefilled syringe (0.25ml) contains: Reviparin sodium - 3,436 anti Xa IU

Box of 5 vial of Clivarine Multiple dose :
Each multidose vial (6ml) contains : Reviparin sodium 34,356 anti Xa IU With the following inactive ingredients : sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide solution and water for injection.

(Heparin fragment produced by nitrite cleavage of heparin extracted from porcine intestinal mucosa; mean molecular mass: 3,150-5,150).

Indications :
For the prevention of thrombosis and thromboembolism in both moderate and high risk patients. Clivarine is also indicated for the treatment of venous thromboembolism and for the treatment of unstable angina and non-qwave myocardial infarction. It is also indicated for the prevention of clotting in the extracorporeal system during haemodialysis and haemofiltration in connection with acute renal failure or chronic renal insufficiency.
